1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "j1win", "we", "us", "our" refers to the j1win platform and its operating entity, accessible at https://j1win.org.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who registers an account or uses the j1win platform.
• "Account" means the personal registered account held by a Player on the j1win platform.
• "Platform" means the j1win website, any associated mobile-optimised pages, and all games, betting markets, and services accessible therein.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any real-money stake placed on any game, sports market, or event offered through j1win.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or matched deposit amounts credited to a Player's account under a promotional offer.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the primary currency used on the j1win platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required under our compliance obligations.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or in any way using the j1win platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms form a legally binding contract between you and j1win. If you are using the platform on behalf of any third party, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that party to these Terms.

3 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an account on j1win, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age.
2. You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any other person or entity.
3. You must not be a resident of or accessing the platform from any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
4. You must not be a current employee, contractor, consultant, or immediate family member of any employee of j1win or any of its affiliated entities.
5. You must not have been previously excluded or banned from j1win or any other gaming platform operated by j1win's affiliated entities.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered account on j1win. Duplicate or multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

4 Account Management

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your j1win account, whether authorised by you or not. You must take all reasonable precautions to prevent unauthorised access to your account, including:

• Choosing a strong, unique password and not sharing it with any third party.
• Logging out of your account at the end of each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Notifying j1win's support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Keeping your registered email address and mobile number current and accessible.

j1win will never contact you via email, live chat, or any other channel to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from j1win and requesting your login credentials should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

j1win reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account is being used in breach of these Terms, applicable law, or where doing so is necessary to protect the integrity of the platform or the interests of other Players.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on j1win are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently supported:

• JazzCash
• EasyPaisa
• HBL (Habib Bank Limited)
• UBL (United Bank Limited)
• Meezan Bank
• SadaPay
• USDT TRC20 (cryptocurrency)

j1win does not impose fees on standard deposits. Minimum and maximum deposit thresholds apply per payment method and are displayed in the Cashier section of your account. Third-party payment processors may apply their own transaction charges, for which j1win accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals are subject to KYC verification. j1win may request copies of government-issued identification, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal. Processing times are indicative and may be subject to additional verification steps:

• JazzCash / EasyPaisa: Typically processed within the same hour during business hours.
• HBL / UBL / Meezan Bank: Typically processed within the same business day.
• SadaPay: Typically processed within 2–4 hours.
• USDT TRC20: Subject to blockchain confirmation times; typically 1–6 hours.

j1win maintains segregated player funds to ensure that Player balances are protected in the event of any operational difficulty. Real-money balances held in your j1win wallet represent a debt owed by j1win to you and are not used for operational purposes.

6 Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on j1win are subject to the specific sport and market rules published in the j1win Sportsbook Rules, which form part of these Terms. In all cases, the following general rules apply:

• Bets are only confirmed once a unique Bet ID has been issued and appears in your bet history. A wager that does not generate a Bet ID has not been accepted.
• j1win reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly erroneous odds, whether due to a technical error, data feed failure, or human error in odds compilation.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to the live event status. j1win is not responsible for delays in bet acceptance caused by network latency, device performance, or third-party data feed issues.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per sport and are displayed at the point of bet placement. j1win will not be liable for any amount exceeding the stated maximum payout.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any event, j1win's decision, made in good faith and based on available evidence, is final and binding.

7 Casino & Games

j1win offers a range of casino and gaming products, including live dealer table games, electronic slots, lottery-style games, and instant-win products. All games offered on j1win are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, are conducted by trained dealers in a regulated studio environment.

All game outcomes are independently tested and certified by third-party auditors to confirm compliance with published Return to Player (RTP) percentages. Published RTP figures represent long-run theoretical averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes for individual sessions.

j1win accepts no liability for any losses incurred as a result of game malfunction, software error, or interruption to live game streams. Where a technical fault is confirmed, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned to the Player's account balance.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

j1win offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement, expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x), which must be satisfied before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period. Bonus funds not wagered within this period will be forfeited automatically.
• Free bets and free spins winnings may be subject to a separate maximum withdrawal cap as specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses may be restricted to specific games or markets as stated in the promotion terms. Bets placed on excluded games will not contribute to wagering requirements.
• Only one account per Player, household, device, IP address, or payment method may claim any given promotional offer.
• j1win reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on j1win and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or any alias.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any part of the platform.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to manipulate the outcome of any game, event, or bet.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any such gains will be voided and the account suspended pending investigation.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting across j1win and any other platform in a manner intended to generate guaranteed profit irrespective of outcome.
• Placing bets on the outcome of any event in which you have any direct or indirect involvement, including as a participant, official, or employee of an involved party.
• Attempting to launder funds or use j1win for any purpose connected with money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity.
• Using another person's payment method or personal details to fund or operate an account.

j1win cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities. Any evidence of criminal activity identified on the platform will be reported to the appropriate authorities without prior notice to the Player concerned.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the j1win platform — including but not limited to software, source code, graphics, game assets, logos, trademarks, text, and interface design — is the exclusive intellectual property of j1win or its licensed third-party suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any platform content without j1win's prior written consent.

11 Privacy & Data

j1win collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

j1win will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only where necessary to process transactions, comply with legal obligations, or deliver platform services.

12 Responsible Gaming

j1win is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care to Players seriously. The platform offers a comprehensive suite of responsible gaming tools, accessible from within your account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose over a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive alerts after a defined duration of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irrevocable for the stated period.

j1win employs trained responsible gaming specialists who monitor player behaviour for signs of problem gambling. Where intervention is warranted, we may proactively contact a Player or apply protective account restrictions.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, j1win's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the platform, or any services provided therein, shall be limited to the net deposits made by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

j1win shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, arising from:

• Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the platform.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the platform.
• Unauthorised access, use, or alteration of your account or data.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any service offered therein.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. j1win makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any content or service on the platform.

14 Termination

j1win may terminate or suspend your account and access to the platform immediately and without prior notice if it determines, at its sole discretion, that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or that such action is necessary to protect the platform, other Players, or j1win's business interests.

Upon termination for cause, j1win reserves the right to withhold any account balance pending investigation. Where fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity is confirmed, all balances may be forfeited in their entirety.

You may close your account at any time by contacting j1win's customer support team. Upon voluntary account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds and associated pending wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your last used verified payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which j1win holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through j1win's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body.

To initiate a complaint, Players should first contact j1win's support team. j1win commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 48 hours and providing a substantive response within 14 calendar days. Where a resolution cannot be reached internally, you may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory body under j1win's operating licence.

16 Amendments to These Terms

j1win reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time and without prior notice, except where applicable law requires advance notification. The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page, and the "Effective Date" at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent revision.
